  • After installing the extension. You click on the icon and can begin converting your documents to PDF.

If you want to convert documents to PDF, you can use Microsoft Word or any other word processing software. You can also use Adobe Acrobat, but that will cost you a fee.

To convert your document to PDF using Word:

Open the document in Word and then select File > Save As.

In the Save As dialog box, select PDF (*.pdf) from the Save as Type drop-down menu at the bottom of the dialog box.

Make sure that "Internet Options" is selected in the left pane of Internet Explorer. Then under Settings on the right side, click on Content (or Advanced) and uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types." This will allow you to see ".pdf" as part of your file name when saving it to your computer as a PDF file.
